- Your garbage cans need to be off the road and put away sometime on Thursday after the garbage has been picked up, and please remember, they cannot be visible from the road.
- Please do not park your vehicle in a way that impedes the sidewalk.

HOA Dues - 2025

Neighborhood Meetings
The 2025 Association dues of $250 are due on January 1, 2025. You can mail in your payment to the PO Box listed above or bring your dues to the annual meeting. Your dues are late as of February 15, 2025. A 10% late fee of the unpaid balance will be assessed beginning March 15, 2025 and compounds every month thereafter until paid.

Our 2025 annual meeting is coming in January 2025 and may be an in-person meeting this year. Please be on the look out for the meeting notice mailed to your home. Email the Board if you have any questions.
